March 28 I Am BackHi Everyone,
It has been a while since I have made an entry but I am back! To update a little, I am still on my plan and down another two pounds. This makes for a total of 62 lbs! I am reeally feeling great. I have added a spin class once a week to my program and find it very challanging! My weight training is coming along and I am adding weights to my routine to keep it challanging.
My eatting is good and I am keeping on track with that side as well. I am mixing protein, vegies, and complex carbs.
I am getting new clothes and am fitting into sizes that I have not been wearing in years.
Just one more thought, for anyone that thinks there is no way they can do this, the old saying, if I can do it, anyone can holds true. I would never say it was easy but the benifits far outweigh the sacrifices that I have made! Trust me! Anyone can do it!

March 02 Another WeekWell another week has gone by and on weigh in it looks like I lost another pound. I am really happy with the pound but not sure how accurate my weigh ins are. I feel that my waist is shrinking and I definatly need new pants! Maybe I am building muscle and that is why I scale weight is not dropping.
My exercise and food routine is going well. I took another spin class this week and really enjoyed it. Looking forward, I will be keeping on track with my routine!

Well I seem to be on track and doing well this week. My food has been clean and I am working out on schedule. I took a spinning class today and that was awesome! I will be doing me weight tomorrow! Hope everyone is doing well!

I had taken a week off from my workout schedule. I was having a little bit of pain in my back and my work schedule was crazy. I am starting back up today. I hope I have not done to much damage. I will add entries to keep people informed on how things are going. It's GREAT to be back!
Eli January 24 Almost another week.Well here we are. Almost another week has ended. I started to add free weights into my exercise program and switched up my cardio. I did not weigh last week because I was sick and ended up spending the weekend in bed and not in the gym.
Well, tomorrow I plan to weigh and am thinking about good numbers. Let's hope!
